Grand Turk and a Fill Up

I forgot this while I was talking about Puerto Rico so here it is. In Puerto Rico, they are so much better then us that Presidents go there and visit them. Which ever President comes to visit, the Puerto Ricans make a statue of them outside of the capitol. For example, Obama stopped by a few months ago for 2 1/2 hours. So they are making an Obama statue. There were a total of 5 statues. Not many Presidents visit! One of them was Eisenhower and I guess he was a little happy to see me!
Grand Turk, our last stop. It was beautiful and hot. It did rain for bit though. We took a boat over to Gibbs Gay and held stingrays. Not as cool as Cayman though. This was my sister and niece's first time with stingrays.

The most action Ty saw the whole cruise!
(jk)

 Whoa, don't eat him, Karen!

 Jess was grossed out!

There were tons of conch shells. They later showed us how they take the animals out.
We are all so sexy in our gear.

Snorkeling was awesome! I actually swam by my self for some of it. It wasn't the most prettiest place but we saw some fish and even a sea turtle! It was a lot of fun!

 Jess is peeing! ha ha!
There was a beach right off the ship. So gorgeous. Looking around I knew there were going to be great photo ops!!!

Ty did the Flowrider and he was hot at it!!!

He was the best one there!
 Graceful like a ballerina!
 Show Off!
yay for Ty. He got a certificate of achievement for doing the flowrider. Grand Turk was my fav. stop!

Cruise 2012 #2

 Arriving at St. Thomas.
 Gorgeous lookout.
Magen's Bay. We didn't take many pictures! Check out my facebook page if you want to see more. My niece took a lot. St. Thomas was really pretty. I loved it. We shopped at the shops after the beach.
Now we are in Puerto Rico. This was the first day of the cruise where it was sunny and hot and no rain! We went to this fort that was all old. Ty had to help my mom up the steep hill.
 View from the top.
 Ty with tons of balls.
 San Juan.

During our tour, the Puerto Rican tour guide was telling us all how Puerto Rico was better then the US. Like she would say, "In Puerto Rico we have all the same rights as you do except we pay NO FEDERAL TAXES!" and "In Puerto Rico we make all the medicines that are shipped to the US soldiers oversea because Puerto Rico is the only place that is trusted with that." So basically, Puerto Rico is better in everything then the US. They are very boastful people. Like we were walking down a street, shopping, and this truck drives by and the driver yells out "Puerto Rico!". Ty turns to me and says, "They are all arrogant a-holes." True.
We had some yummy coconut ice cream from a street vendor.
Cute street with stores along it. All the stores had the exact same things over and over again.
Bug with "Chino" written on the side of it.

Cruise 2012 #1

Beautiful Miami right before we started off to the Bahamas.
I have always wanted to sdee the Atlantis hotel in Nassau.
I did and I was happy!
It was chilly that day. We went to a private island resort. It was really lame. We paid a lot of money for hardly anything. I wish we had gone to Atlantis instead.
As soon as we are on the boat to leave, it becomes sunny.
Dinner. I love my sparkly jacket!
All who went: Ty, Deb, Karen (Deb's sister), Debs mom, Dave (Deb's bro), Sue (Dave's wife), and Jessica (Dave's daughter).

Happy New Year!!!

Happy 2012, everybody! I hope everyone is doing well on their resolutions for these first 4 days of the new year. I decided to share some of my resolutions. Here they are:
--
#1 - Get caught up on ALL my scrap booking.
Oh, I'm only, like, oh I'd say, about 8 years behind...on each kid. Even Nick and Cody and I don't even know how that happened! I need to get it done. I love memories and looking back. Each page doesn't have to have all the doodads and glitz. Just some stories and pictures.
--
#2 - Organize the Scrap Room
In order to achieve #1 I need a place where I will WANT to scrap in. I would like some shelves with doors and a corner desk. We will see though.
--
#3 - Cook more.
I need to be willing to cook more. I love making desserts but main meals is a problem.
--
#4 - Use coupons more wisely.
I love couponing. But sometimes I don't always go out for a good sale. Usually if it's at Walgreens or Walmart I won't go out and get them because Walgreens has weird rules and I hate Walmart. But I need to face it and if it's a good deal, I need to deal with it!
--
#5 - Stick to the Budget.
We have a budget in place right now. We do not stick to it however. There always seems to be an unplanned purchase. Like shoes or clothes for the boys. I need to watch that.
--

So there you go. Hopefully I can look back at this next year and be happy for what ever progress
I have made.

PS: Ty, I spell checked just for you...

Well EXCUuuUUSE ME!

Apparently I am a bad speller. Someone, who will remain anonymous, pointed out all of my many flaws in my blog posts. They even suggested that I have them preview the posts first before I publish them.

Well...EXCUUUUUSE MEE!!! I'm sorry that I don't have time to correct my errors. I barely have enough time to blog, which I don't do enough! Ty says, oops, I mean, THEY say that I portray myself as an uneducated "dumb" person to those who read my blog. Just to clarify I am NOT uneducated nor am I dumb. ..Okay, maybe a little bit of a "Mom Brain" but come on, who doesn't get that way when you are around kids all day.

So I am sorry for all the errors there may be. I have taken the time to go back and fix many of them.
Please don't judge.
And hopefulley I wil be mor carful about my speling and grammer on thes blogg.
