Mother's Day

 My little "Joys"!

 Kyle amazes me. He has come a long way in his attitude with us and his brother's. And he is so creative, often making things on his own. I am so proud of what he is becoming.

 Shawn is awesome! He makes me feel like I'm doing a good job at being a mother. He hugs and cuddles me. He compliments me also. Just when I need it!

 Cody is the cutest thing! His little voice is so sweet and tender. I love what he says. it is usually silly! I love that he still needs his Momma.

 Nick is a stinker! You never know what you will get out of him. He can be the sweetest thing and then he can be the stubbornest thing! I love the way he kisses me excessively and entertains me.

 Ty is the handsomest! I am so lucky to have a hot hubby! I do not measure up at all! He is the one that made me a Mom and I am so happy he gave us all boys! I love Ty so so much and all he does for me and our family!

Ty gave me some daisies and a dozen donuts and a concrete for Mother's Day. Perfect!

Shawn and Kyle made cards and some things from school. they decorated with streamers at 7am and made a heart out of skittles on the counter.

Cody gave me a plant from preschool and Nick made me a picture holder that had a picture from the first day of preschool on it.

Miley Killer Parkin

 We got a new puppy a few weeks ago. She is our 3rd Maltese. She is a sweetie pie!

 These pictures are from the first night we got her. When we went to see the puppies, her sister was crazy, running around and biting. But Miley was just sitting there on Ty's lap. Which is exactly what we wanted. We want a lap dog to cuddle with!

 She has been really good. She goes pee pee on her pad. I was wirried because I never saw her go poo poo but one day I cleaned under our bed and low and behold, there was where she was poopin'! I cleaned it all up and sprayed disinfectant spray and made it so she couldn't go under the bed anymore!

 When I am on the computer at my desk she wants to go on top of the desk and lay down by the keyboard. Very cute and sweet.

 The boys all love her. Even Kyle! He hasn't liked any other dog that we have had.

 When we got her we asked the boys what to name her. Nick come up to me and whispers in my ear, "How bout Killer?". I laughed so hard! We decided that it would be her middle name! They also suggested Super Man, Wolverine, Spider man, etc.

 Nick loves her the most out of the boys. He LOVES carrying her around and gives long kisses on the mouth. We have to remind him to let her down to have her be able to run around. He loves lying down with her and having her on his lap while he plays computer.

 This is after her first bath. So cute! She looked like a little old lady with a shawl over her head!

After Maggie died, I have had this void in my heart. It was such a traumatic event. I think Miley has filled that void. She is a sweet dog and I can tell she will be a great companion to me. I'm excited for the future with her! Now who wants to dog sit while we go out of town??!!

All About Mommy

I took Cody on a walk to the park today while Nick was at his afternoon preschool. Next time in Cody's preschool class they have to share something about their Mommy with the class. I asked him what he was going to say to say about me. He said, "I'm gonna tell them that she poops and pees in the potty!". 

Oh, that is wonderful!

We picked Nick up from his afternoon preschool and he gave me a Mother's Day Survey that the teacher filled out for him It says:
