Sun. Jan 10th - Day 1 of our Cruise
We booked this cruise in June of 2008!!! A year and a half ago! It was well worth the wait though! Ty's parents took our boys for the week. We went with a bunch of couples from our ward.
Here is our spacious and giant inside cabin room! To tell you the truth...we loved it! It was dark when the lights were out so you could sleep well. Plus we were hardly in our room!
It was about 35* in FLORIDA! ARGH! It was the coldest it has EVER been!
Ty beat me in Giant Chess.

Bella Visit
My brother went on a cruise one weekend so we got to watch Bella for them! The first night her and Molly did not get along. They were growling and nipping at eachother. But then they got along and became friends. It was so fun to watch them interact with eachother! Bella is now the same size if not bigger then Molly is! My, how they grow so fast!

Thanksgiving in Las Vegas
We spent this past Thanksgiving in Las Vegas with my family. Half of us stayed at the Venetian and the other half stayed at the Luxor. It was really fun. We walked the strip and saw a bum reach deep into a garbage can and pick up a used orange juice cup. Ew. Then further down we saw another bum reach armpit deep into a fountain to get all the change he could. Only silver change though...no lousy pennies! He got his whole arm of his jacket wet. Then we watched some illegal street gambling. It was funny to watch because you could totally tell who was in on the scheme. One was a look out and they would talk on cell phones and then they would pick up and leave. They swindled a couple people out of $100 each. It was sad to see that but come on, you're stupid if you fall for that card trick! So the boys got a wake up call to reality. Shawn wanted to give $$ to a homeless guy but I had to break it to him that it's better to give it to a charity instead because you don't know what they will do with it. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Luxor Buffet. We saw Carrot Top. We really wanted to see David Spade again but we couldn't get comp tickets. Darn it! The drive home was crazy. It was seriously bumper to bumper traffic from St. George until Provo! Crazy!
