It's Over

I just got back from Super Saturday. It went okay. A lot of people just had no idea what was going on, but come on, how hard is glueing??! I am VERY VERY glad it is over.

Happy Birthday to Ty!

Ty had his birthday last Wednesday, the 8th. He is officially old! (27)! He always makes fun of how old I am even though I'm only 7 months older then he is. So it's great that we're the same age now! Ty wanted to feel like a kid still and asked for a Batman cake. It made him happy! We went to Golden Corral with my family and had cake after. Ty got Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Butterfingers, and Cupcakes from us. Hopefully he'll share!

Reverence Book

I was asked to be in charge of a "Reverence Book" for my Relief Societys Super Saturday. One of the counselors came to my house and gave me the idea (it's a book with pics of Christ's life that kids can look at during the Sacremnet so they are reverent and think about Jesus) and asked me to put something together. I did it that night just real quick and she came to look at it the next day and she loved it. I had just thrown it together and I didn't really think it was THAT good. But a lot of people came up to me at our Ward walk about the next day saying how cute it is and what a good job I did. Whatever! I'm really not that creative nor am I good at a finished product. Anywho, about 40 books have been ordered so I've been going crazy cutting paper, printing photos, gathering supplies, everything. It's kinda funny because the RS already knew I was pretty stressed out and busy but they wanted me to do this anyway. It's been okay. We'll see how it goes when I teach how to do it next Saturday!

No Need For Words....

Our Evening Out

We went out to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for our Anniversary. We got a gift card there using our Visa Rewards or else we could never afford to go there! We sat down and a few minutes later, Ty's cousin Jenn came! Her and her husnband were there for a business dinner! It was funny! She took the lovely picture of us with our yummy dessert and cute little doggy bag! PS Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT look at my belly flabs! I'm workin' on it!

Seven Year Itch

Today, Ty and I have been married for 7 years. We have both grown and changed a lot.

We have been through many trials: having a baby so young and right away, having kids close in age, Ty's stomach surgery, my surgeries, my depression, moving, work, etc. We both know each other so well. We agree on almost everything and we both like the same things. Although he still doesn't quite get my sense of umor (humor, inside joke!). We get along great and we both wish we had more time to spend together, without kids! Anywho, I love ya, Ty! Happy Anniversary!
