Cruise#3: Belize

 Welcome to Beautiful Belize!
It was really sad to see the conditions the people of Belize live in. Almost every house was falling a part. There was garbage everywhere. It made my heart ache as we drove to our destination.

We went cave tubing! Butt's Up! The tour guides would say this to tell you to clench your butt cheeks up so that your bum wouldn't hit any rocks since some parts of the river are very shallow. They'd  say, "We're not saying What's Up, we're saying Butt's Up!"

We had 4 other cool people with us, about our age, so it made it more fun. We all linked up onto each others shoes and our tour guide literally swam us the whole 3/4 mile! He was super buff.
That's me in the very front. We lined up shortest to tallest so, of course, I was at the front and Ty was at the back!

Lizard on the wall in the cave.
Way pretty waterfall in the middle of the cave.
This was so neat, to tube through a cave. It got kinda chilly but it was fun. There were tons of other people all around us.

 After tubing, we went ZIPLINING!
This was my first time. I used to be really scared to try new things and be "adventurous" but I had no problems at all. I'm very proud of myself!
 I so hawt!

It was a great day in Belize. The sky was cloudy so we didn't have to worry about getting burned. But it was still warm and nice.
We bought some cute swimsuits for a way good price while we waited for the tender back to the ship.

Cruise#2: Cozumel

Beautiful Cozumel, Mexico! We arrived and the sun was shining and warm! Beautiful! We had time before our tour so we looked around the cute shops at the port. We got our boys t-shirts since they were way cheap there. Oh and of course yummy vanilla!

For our excursion, we went for a ride on a Rhino. Ty drove. We were the only ones on the tour so we got our own private tour guide. His name was my favorite Mexican name: Jorge. He was really nice! It started to rain really hard while we were driving. We were soaked! But it was all good. We both had a good attitude, it was fun! We were suppose to go to the beach and go snorkeling but the weather was so bad we decided not to.
Coast line

This was a Mayan Temple. It was about the size of a large van.
We saw a crocodile.
We went to the top of a lighthouse.
We loved their warning signs!
View from the top.
You can't tell, but it is pouring buckets! This is me in my new hot pink Cozumel shorts!
Driving in the rain!

We had our tour guide drop us off at Margaritaville. It was not as fun as the Grand Cayman one.
Here is the train of drunk people lining up to get shots.

Classic!

Cruise#1: Grand Cayman

Cruise Time, Baby! Ty and I went on a lovely Western Caribbean Cruise. Just us. We left out of Miami and went to Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, and Honduras.
Our first stop was to Grand Cayman.
We went there last year but the weather was so bad that we couldn't do what we wanted to which was to go to StingRay city and Snorkel.  Well, the weather was beautiful this time around! Yay! We rode on a catamaran (which was so relaxing) out to a sandbar in the middle of the sea. You could literally just stand in the middle of all this water! There were stingrays all around. It was so neat! Our guides got a hold of some and made us kiss them and get massages by them. I held one and it bit my thumb really hard. So don't put your fingers near their mouth if you ever encounter a sting ray! It was cool to snorkel around and see how gracefully they swim. It was my first time snorkeling and I loved it! Next we went to a reef and snorkeled some more.
After a nice ride back in the warm sun, we went to Margaritaville!
So fun! We love the music and seeing how crazy drunk people get! We had yummy pina coladas. We walked around the cute shops too.

Super Saver!

Today, using coupons and sales, I got $40 worth of groceries for $15! Ya Hoo!

Under a Huge Magnifying Glass

I went to the dermatologist a couple weeks ago. I have never been to one before and I wanted to get moles checked since I'm a hypochondriac.  I met with the doctor, he was really nice. I got into a gown. He came back in with this huge magnifying glass with a light bulb attached to it. He then proceeded to look at my skin and rattled off all the imperfections he saw while a nurse made notes of it on the computer. What a blow to your self esteem! Some things he said is that I have some sun damage and a mole on the bottom of my foot. I say to him, "Thanks so much for pointing out all my imperfections!" It turns out that my moles are all okay. Which is comforting but I for sure need a self esteem boost right now!

Love

The other night I went to check on my children as they slept. I have always loved to do this and reflect on their lives as I see their innocent sleeping faces. As I looked upon each one this particular night, I was filled with immense love. For some reason instead of their lives flashing through my mind, the thing that came to thought was the way each one shows their love for me.
--
Shawn: He always seems to know what I need when I need it. Earlier that same day, I was feeling really overwhelmed. I was questioning just what kind of mother was I. When all of the sudden, Shawn rides up to me on his scooter (we were at work), and kisses me on the check. Then he rides off. He didn't speak a word but with his actions, he said a lot! He has always been a sweetie. He gives me hugs and says I'm the best mom in the world. It makes me so happy and helps me think I'm doing an alright job! He helps me with all the kids too...a lot! He is so dependable.
--
Kyle: He's our "difficult" child. Ty loses it almost everyday with him. But he and I have a special relationship. I am able to talk to him when he is moody. He shows his love for me by letting me in his world. He has trouble sleeping at night and he always calls for me to come comfort him. Sure this is annoying at times but each time I just remember that he needs me. No one else can really talk to him like I can. He also is real goofy and loves to make me laugh!
--
Nick: He is something! He is so crazy and weird all the time! He loves to show me his new dance moves. When ever he lays on the couch to watch a movie he always pats the pillow next to him and asks me to lay down with him and cuddle. I love it! He usually puts an arm around me and gives me really big kisses. Lately his thing is to say that only Daddy loves him. Ty will say,"Nick, I love you!" and then Nick will run up to me and in his sweetest voice say, "Mommy! Daddy love me!" It is the cutest thing.
--
Cody- He is my baby! He calls for me when he wakes up in the morning and from naps. He hugs me when I get him out of his crib. I love his little kisses he gives. He wants to sit in my lap while I read him books. He always calls out,"Mommy...where are you?!". He wants to be near me all day! I love it.
--
Each child is so different! It is crazy how each one shows their love differently. If you don't pay close enough attention, you may miss it. I have been so blessed with these four boys. Each one brings such happiness to our family. I am so happy to be their mom!
